RETURN, EXCHANGE, CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

THANK YOU FOR YOUR PURCHASE AT ABC FURNITURE

WE'D LIKE TO ACQUAINT YOU WITH OUR STORE RETURN, EXCHANGE, CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

EXCHANGES, CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

ALL EXCHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS ARE SUBJECT TO SELLER APPROVAL.

ORDERS MAY BE CANCELLED WITH FULL REFUND WITHIN 3 DAYS AFTER THE INVOICE DATE if the items was not delivered or picked up, not an “as is” item, and was not a specially assembled item.

 

RETURNS OR ORDERS CANCELLED AFTER DELIVERY OR PICK-UP is subject to 50% cancellation fee, non-refundable delivery charge, and any additional damage fee on the item(s). NO CANCELLATION OR REFUND of any items after 7 days of delivery or pick-up.

 

CHECK REFUND: If you have paid CASH or CHECK, allow up to 7 business days for a mailed CHECK REFUND. Customer may also pick-up the refund check in person. NO CASH REFUND.

 

CREDIT CARD REFUND: Allow up to 5 business days to confirm with your credit card company credit has been processed.

 

OVERDUE INVOICE: A finance charge of 1.5% per month (18% per annum) and a reasonable collection cost and attorney’s fees will be added in the event any balance amount becomes overdue.

 

LAYAWAY or ITEMS BOUGHT AND HELD

ABC Furniture will hold items bought or on LAYAWAY for UP TO TWO (2) MONTHES. Items held longer than Two (2) Months without seller approval may forfeit reservation and all deposits and payments will be non-refundable.
